Traffic on state roads takes place in winter conditions on wet roads, with remnants of snow on the road. Due to low temperatures there is a possible occurrence of icing.

Restrictions on traffic for heavy goods vehicles are active on roads: Mavrovo – Debar, Kocani – Delcevo – border crossing Delcevo, Dojran crossroad – Dojran and Berovo – Vinica – Kocani, where for other vehicles the use of winter equipment is mandatory.

The intensity of traffic on the roads outside urban areas is moderate. The border crossings are not with longer delays for entry and exit.
